Electro-Pneumatically operated High-Speed Valve for non contact Micro Dot dispensing of high viscosity materials.

The Perfecdos Micro-Dispensing Valve PDos X1 is designed for non-contact dispensing of adhesives, silicones, lacquers, oils & greases.

Because of its extremely short pulse length (1.9 ms), it can deliver very small quantities of low to medium viscosity materials at distances ranging from 2 to 40 mm with pin point precision at a rate of up to 300 micro dots / second.

For higher viscosity materials we can integrate a nozzle heater to locally reduce the viscosity just prior to dispensing to improve the dispense profile and enable lower volumes to be dispensed more accurately compared with other dispensing technologies.

The dosage volume can be varied from 1 nano litre upwards creating drop diameters from 0.25mm with dispense distance ranging from 2 - 10 mm from the part.

Depending on the material viscosity, micro dot sizes from a minimum of 0.25 mm upwards can be dispensed with extremely high repeatability with no splatter or cross contamination.

Ideal for SMT PCB Manufacture, small parts bonding & lubrication.

Electro-Pneumatically operated High-Speed Valve for non contact Micro Dot dispensing of Anaerobic & Cyanacrylate materials by due to the fluid path being completely metal free.

The Perfecdos Micro-Dispensing Valve PDos X1 MF is designed for non-contact dispensing of anaerobic adhesives and corrosive materials.

By using specialist materials in the fluid body area of the valve with a specially designed sealing seat, it is now possible to dispense anaerobic (super glue) adhesives which are primarily used for rapid bonding of metals, magnets & ferrites products together, allowing safe production in industrial processes.

The most popular applications for the P-Dot AN is in the field of fastening of bolts, ball bearings and shafts with anaerobic (super glue) adhesives such as Loctite 603 - see video.

Because of its extremely short pulse length (1.9 ms), it can deliver very small quantities of medium to high viscosity materials at distances ranging from 2 to 40 mm with pin point precision at a rate of up to 300 micro dots / second.

We can dispense higher viscosity materials due to the optional integrated high capacity nozzle heater which locally reduces the viscosity of the material, thereby minimising potential damaging heat stress to the material. By reducing the viscosity of the material just prior to dispensing we can achieve similar results to lower viscosity materials and enable lower volumes to be dispensed more accurately compared with other dispensing technologies.
